With over 20 years of elite-level experience in both tissue and organ recovery, Selma Twillie is a cornerstone of the transplant preservation field. Having served in roles with some of the nation’s top-tier Organ Procurement Organizations (OPOs), Selma brought her vast expertise to Gold Standard Preservation as its first instrumental hire. Her vision and clinical leadership were essential during the company’s "genesis" and remain the driving force behind its ongoing success.

As Director of Operations, Selma oversees the complex coordination of life-saving preservation services. Beyond her operational duties, she is a dedicated mentor who has trained countless medical professionals, shaping the next generation of talent in the transplant space. Her commitment ensures that GSP maintains its reputation for clinical excellence and unwavering reliability.

Brittany Boudreau CTP, CFSA
Senior Preservation Specialist

Brittany brings an elite dual-credentialing to the Gold Standard Preservation team as both a Certified Transplant Preservationist and a Certified Surgical First Assistant. Her extensive surgical background allows her to bridge the gap between complex recovery procedures and advanced organ perfusion.

Currently, Brittany supervises both our organ recovery and perfusion teams, ensuring clinical excellence at every stage of the process. Her influence extends beyond the operating room; she is instrumental in developing the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and logistical frameworks that allow GSP to maintain seamless operations across multiple transplant centers. Her leadership ensures that GSP’s high standards are consistently met, regardless of the assignment's complexity.
